Cannot log in to my account

    Hi there,

    I cannot log in to my wordpress account – (email visible only to moderators and staff) and theconnectionproject.net.

    I have clicked ‘forgot my password’ a bunch of times but it is not sending me a reset email. Please help thanks.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi charliesutcliffe,

    theconnectionproject.net is a WordPress.org site hosted by Bluehost, rather than WordPress.com:

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

    The login details for that account are stored on Bluehost servers so please contact them for help with logging in. They should be able to look at the next steps with you.

    The WordPress.org support forums will be best place to ask for advice if you still have questions about speaking to your host:

    There is a WordPress.com account connected to the email address you mentioned — do you need help accessing this account? Or just theconnectionproject.net?
