Cannot log in to my website

  I updated my website yesterday and added a woo commerce plug-in called woo commerce FMI – I was an administrator and signed in to the woo commerce as a vendor to test the site and that’s when the trouble began from there I was unable to login anymore into the website as a administrator then I went in under another name and administrator on the website I deleted my original identity as a user and after I did that it now it does not allow me to login at all even under the second administrator name I used -which is my only way into the back end on the website. I think it was a combination of both updating WordPress to the 5.7 version as well as the addition of the woo commerce FM plug-in and my signing up as a vendor in that program when I was also an administrator on the WordPress site. Also might have something to do with the member plug-in but I’m not sure . We are up against major deadlines if you could help us soon that would be VERY MUCH APPRECIATED – it is rather urgent or if you can offer a number I can call to get help from somebody via the phone where they could walk me through the problems that I am in countering that would be WONDERFUL !!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

  What is the URL of the site with the problem?

  the administrator name is not mine… i deleted myself as an administrator
