CANNOT LOG-IN TO POST ON HELLO-GIGGLES, DUE TODAY!

I cannot log-in to post content on the site I write for, Hello Giggles. I recently set up an account and everything ws working but now I cannot log in and it wont even send me a password re-set. I must have made a mistake setting up authenticator?
PLEASE HELP THE STORY IS DUE TODAY AND I REALLY DON’T WANT TO HAVE TO GO TO EDITOR WITH MORE PROBLEMS.

I do not see any sites connected to the account you are contacting us from. Is it a WordPress.com hosted site?

I know, I recently started a wordpress account, for myself to start a new blog. I was then hired to write for HG.
I was given a link and temp password, it worked, i creted a new password, saved it, used the site, I started a google authenticator on my phone–i did forget to write down the code I was supposed to–I wasn’t expecting to be logged out and then i was and ahhhhh

sorry that posted so many times. yes its a wp hosted site. i feel like i need the QR code for it to make my authenticator work? could that be right?

https://hellogiggles.com/ does not use the managed hosting environment from WordPresss.com. You will need to visit https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ to get assistance with that site. Looks like you’re hosted through AWS (amazon web services).
