Cannot log into blog at bigbusinessmindforsmallbusinesses.com to renew domain,

  I have been trying to log into my blog at bigbusinessmindforsmallbusinesses.com
  In order to pay for my domain renewal. This year no renewal Email with the cost of renewal as been sent and it is now past due but still within the grace period. I have not been able log in to get the required sum or to make payments. When I request password reset I get the email and reset but I am still locked out. I cannot send help request unless I am logged in. WordPress left a message I can’t locate the number. I wrote from MagatelearningInstitute providing the details for the blog in question bigbusinessmindforsmallbusinesses.com iwth no response. I have invested much time and effort in my blog and would like to renew my domain subscription could someone assist me with login in to make the required payment. I have already waited 24 hours for release of blog after several log in attempts. I changed password several times and still was not able to login.

  I found the correct Email address and made the payment.
  I am surprised that the domain expiration notice was added to the blog even while my query was in queue. Also said my domain expired 8 days ago, could be that long. Was trying to get in since Monday.
