cannot log into my site

    Here is the message that I get when I try to log in:
    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION, expecting T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM in /home/content/26/9412126/html/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/inc/compatability/compat-gutenberg.php on line 28
