Cannot log into WP admin dashboard

    I have been working just fine with WP and installed my Bricks Theme however I did change my admin email which is different from what it was before as I used to log in with aimske.digital and a saved password.
    I changed my email from info @ aaimske.com which was misspelled to start with to my gmail.
    The domain is registered with Namecheap and I have purchased a hosting plan with Green Geek but have not transfered the domain yet to Green Geeks from Namecheap.

    I need to find a way to get into my aimske.digital WP dashboard as it seems locked due to my Gmail address as admin email and I also have a practice site with the same email

    Kindly assist

    Hi there,

    The site aimske.digital appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site currently hosted on A2 Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

    To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and A2 also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here. Because of this we are not able to help with your issue as it lies outside of our system. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.

    However, the good news is that as long as you have access to the server control panel through A2, it is always possible to regain access to your self-hosted WordPress site. This WordPress.org Codex article will walk you through it: http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password

    You can ask A2 support for direct assistance in completing the steps in that article; they would be in the best position to help.
