Cannot login as Admin on my site. Password reset not working.

    I have two logins for my website, one is my personal email, the other my business email. I cannot login with my admin email, which the business email. I tried resetting the password, but it keeps telling me the website is not configured to send email…but I know it is, because I get them all the time.
    I need to get in and update some admin info and I can’t do it with my current login. I’m at a loss. I don’t have the knowledge to go through the steps on your support site.

    We can’t help directly because we don’t host belagary.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.

    Instead your host (GoDaddy) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. Specifically we use a custom login system on WordPress.com (for enhanced security) that also helps prevent this kind of lockout from occurring.

    You can ask GoDaddy support for direct assistance in completing the steps in that article; they would be in the best position to help.
