Cannot login on to my account

    My site is down and I am not able to log in to my WordPress site zestymaids.com to update plug in

    How do I get my login reset- The Login is adminzest but the email for the reset is not coming to me. wordpress is recognizing is (email visible only to moderators and staff) which is my email, but this email is not connected to the login for the site. I need help ASAP Please

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
