  What error exactly do you see?

  Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com, so we probably won’t be able to help you here but, depending on what error do you see, we could point you where to find help.

  If you prefer, you can directly post your question to https://wordpress.org/support/forums/. Folks there have more experience with self-hosted WordPress sites like yours.

  My website is under the hosting of google cloud and I deploy from there, WordPress bitnami.

  When I try to login to https://shops-4u.com/wp-admin, all my saved passwords, username, and email are not working, basically, I cannot log in using either username or email.
  Even if I choose the option LOST Password to reset the password, the username and email are not recognized so I cannot reset the password also.

  How can I reset my password, I don’t have Cpanel?
