cannot login to continue creating website

  Hi,
  I am trying to login using http://www.fox1music/admin to continue creating my website but the login failed after using the correct password! I requested a password reset email but none arrived at (email visible only to moderators and staff). Please can you assist?

  Hi there, any accounts with us will likely be different from accounts you set up with your own copy of the WordPress code. Are you using /wp-admin to log in?

  If that isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options. Several don’t require access to wp-admin or email, just your hosting tools.
