Cannot login to my wordpress website

    My domain host has recommended I contact WordPress for assistance as shown below.

    Thank you for contacting our Technical Support Department.

    After enabling the debugging mode it appears that there is a specific issue with the domain:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare retrieve_password() (previously declared in /home/www/schoolofyak.com.au/wp-login.php:357) in /home/www/schoolofyak.com.au/wp-includes/user.php on line 2834

    I would suggest to check with the WordPress support as I am unable to find the exact cause of the issue.

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

    Hi there,

    Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and is hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on WordPress.com.

    You can reach out to your host for help with your site. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and could also be able to help you here. If they’re unable to help, you may want to post on the WordPress.org forum.
