Cannot login to my WP account

  I created a new WP account just so I can post my problem to the forum. I cannot access my 10 year old wordpress.com site ever since my PC operating system had to be reinstalled recently. WP apparently does not recognize me. I do not know what email address and what password is associated with my site only that my username is cblack. What do I need to do to be able to access my blog again??

  You don’t understand. I don’t know what e-mail address is associated with the account. Whatever email I used when I started my WP blog has not been used in forever and I don’t even know its password. I need some real help here. just pointing me to an article is no help.
