Cannot login to my WP admin page

    Hi there! I maintain 2 sites…I am in the process of transitioning one to the other with a rebrand of my personal blog. I have peacelovewholefood.com and omtheday.com. I am currently trying to design my omtheday blog but I cannot login. I’ve tried to reset my password about 5 times, and every time it says it is incorrect. I’m not sure if this is related to the fact that I have the same e-mail address connected to both accounts.

    Hi there,

    Your sites are not hosted on WordPress.com, so we cannot help with this. The password for that site has no connection to your WordPress.com account, but is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers. We don’t have any access there to help you reset it.

    For more help with this, please post in https://wordpress.org/support/ or contact your hosting provider instead – if Bluehost has not sent you the login credentials for omtheday.com yet via email, your best option is to contact them directly.
