Cannot Login with 2 step verification

  hello, I have another wordpress account with email : (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I activate 2 step verification in Dec 15th 2014.
  I can login normally with my authenticator apps before.
  But right now, I change my phone to a new phone (already sold the old one) then when I use authenticator, there’s no code from wordpress anymore (maybe need to activate again).
  But when I want to activate again, I can’t login because the login form need authentication code, so I click to send via text message and result is : nothing, no text message coming to my phone, so I can’t still login to my account.
  I tried to change password, but still the wordpress need authentication code.
  I find backup code at my email, but unfortunately the backup code at email is hidden (only got print button) and I forgot where I put that print codes…
  Can someone help me to solve this, so I can login normally again?
