Cannot open my page

Hi there! Please help me I cannot open my page http://www.littlethingsmatter.video.blog.
I kepts saying cannot find IP address – server.Please let me know. I try it on mobile app and website but both don’t work.

Note there is no www in any WPcom site address.

Thank you for your prompt reply.
I’ve tried so many times but still, it keeps saying “The IP address of server cannot be found for littlethingsmatter.video.blog”
I try to detected it, and it said “Your DNS server might be unavailable”
Also, I clear the cache on Chrome but the same things happened.
This case just happened a few days ago. It was normal before.
It worked when I connected Word document to this site. (Register Blog account). Ever since the problem occured, the Word could not connect to this Blog account also).
Please help.

Hello again, Sounds quite frustrating! Have you also tried the suggestions at the bottom of the support guide I linked to earlier:
- Try an alternate computer in the same location. If another computer works, then the issue is computer settings on the first one.
- Try an alternate location that has a different Internet Service Provider. If it works, the issue is with your local network.
- Try disabling IPv6. If this works, the issue is with your local network but you don’t need IPv6 so you’re all set!
Please try those if you haven’t and let us know how it goes.
