Cannot pay for upgrade

Hello! I was working on the website when I realized that in order to fully customize if you need to upgrade. I went to purchase the upgraded Premium plan, but it is saying the transaction is declined. I’m using a visa card with money in the account, so it should be going through. How can this be resolved?

The automatic responses suggested using a new card, but it’s my business card so I don’t want to use my personal for this business matter. I’ve also double checked the information, so that is not the issue.

I checked our records and found that we are not blocking the payments on your account. You’ll need to contact the card issuer/bank to understand why the card is being declined from their end. Please try again only after resolving the issue with your card/issuer if you have to use the same card.
