  If it’s always been fine before, then this is usually a browser issue. Please try the following:

  Clear your browser’s cache

  Disenable all browser add ons, plugins and extensions then gradually reinable them to see which, if any is the one that’s the problem.

  Update Flash

  Update your browser to its most current version, you can find all the most popular ones here:
