Cannot Publish or Post

I signed up for the premium upgrade. How do I get direct email support? What is the email address?
I am unable to add a page, post a blog, pretty much can’t publish anything. Read through some online support forums that said sometimes these things happen with Internet Explorer and to clear my cache and cookies which I did. I also downloaded Google Chrome and I’m still having the same problem. I’m thinking for some reason maybe my account wasn’t activated. I have a message on my blog page that says to confirm my email so that I can publish. I selected to “resend email” but I never get an email. Any suggestions. I’m confused and frustrated, so I signed up for Premium which includes direct email support, but there doesn’t appear to be any way to directly email the support team.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
