Cannot receive admin email change

    Hello

    I want to change my admin and site email address. I updated it, it says pending, but nothing changes and I dont receive an email at my new admin email address. (I checked spelling, I even changed the wordpress server to an smtp server via my google mail) I just dont receive the email change confirmation. Can you help me?

    Hi there,

    Your site is running the open source WordPress software on Bluehost’s servers, not WordPress.com, so we’re not able to help you with this here.

    The admin login for your site, and your WordPress.com account credentials are two completely different things. The admin credentials for your site itself lives on Bluehost’s servers, and we have no control over them.

    Please contact support at Bluehost instead for help with this, or you can try asking for advice in the self-hosted WordPress forums:
