Cannot register at wordpress org site

  I have having trouble registering at wordpress.org. I see an error far lower bottom right hand side of browser. I can only see part of the error which goes something like : Error fo…..
  Invalid document

  We can’t help you with problems on wordpress.org. These forums are for wordpress.com users which is totally different from wordpress.org.
