Cannot remember password

    Hi, I am struggling to log into my work account as I cannot remember by password. My username is (email visible only to moderators and staff) however this is a very old gmail account that I do not have access to anymore. I therefore cannot reset my password via your link as it then send a reset link to this gmail which I cannot access!

    Please can you help me as I am very frustrated to not be able to change my details to a different email address.
