  hello i can’t access the manager account to renew the domain.

  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  Hello so I tried filling out the form but, in order to get access to proof of profile documents I need the email but I don’t have access to it. Is there a way to have my admin account get access to renew the domain?

  To do that you will need to contact our account recovery team here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  On that form you will be asked to provide info to help us verify you are the account owner. You mentioned that you wish to renew a domain, so it sounds lie you would have a record of a past transaction with us, which is one of the best ways to verify your access.
