cannot renew domain

  Hi :

  My domain expired back in May & I would like to renew it, but when I go to settings, it says “contact staff support to renew.”

  Help?

  The whois I just did shows – jennmccreary.com. seems to have been renewed though May 27, 2013 and pointing to a WordPress.ORG install on probably Godaddy with a pile of links to a car dealer –

  Unfortunately, it looks like someone else purchased your domain after it expired in May 2012.

  You can always try contacting the new owner to see if they might be willing to sell it back to you. It’s a private domain, but the email should theoretically get to the domain owner. Good luck.
