Cannot renew domain due to blocked access.

    Hi,

    An ex-employee at my organization registered our domain name, but is no longer here. I need to update it, but it will only let me do so from this former staff person’s account. I don’t have access to that…

    How can we get our website back online and get this situation figured out?
