Cannot renew domain – the domain url does not appear where it should.

    Hi,
    my domain name, http://www.harebaremom.com, which I purchased from wordpress.com about a year ago is about to expire. When I click on ‘renew harebearmom.com’ I land on a page where my two other blogs appear, but no harebearmom.com.
    How can I get a link where I can update my domain? When I go to website dashboard on wordpress.org, there is no button for updating.
    My hosting provider is bluehost.com, the domain is registered with wordpress.com and I manage the website through wordpress.org.

    I’ll be happy to contact the registrar to see if we can restore harebearmom.com to your account, but I cannot guarantee that we will be able to get the domain back. If I am successful, I can send you a manual payment request form for you to repurchase the domain.

    Hi,

    I think I solved the problem. Have just managed to upgrade my plan, can see my domain url, everything seems OK. Thanks very much for your help anyway.
