Cannot renew plan

Hey,
I’m trying to renew our plan but receiving the message: ‘This plan was purchased by a different WordPress.com account. To manage this plan, log in to that account or contact the account owner.’
I reviewed the admins list and none of them is the current owner. Perhaps it’s an employee who is no longer with the company.
How can we proceed with renewing the plan?

WordPress.com can’t and won’t reveal login credentials but you can see for yourself that site is owned by the wordpress.com account https://wordpress.com/forums/users/tipalti/
If you don’t have access to that account, you can do so by using the Transaction ID at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-help

I have access to the account. I’m an Admin in the account.
I’m trying to renew the plan and getting the error message above.
I cannot reach a support person to help me. Just this forum.
