Passwords don’t change on their own. Your account’s logs show that you have been resetting the password at least once a month, and there has been several password changes via one of the mobile apps since you posted this thread.
If you haven’t been making these changes, it means someone else may have access to your account. In that case I’d recommend immediately changing the password for your email account, followed by your WordPress.com account again, and also enable two-step authentication on both accounts.
