Cannot sign into 2nd Site / Set up multiple languages

    Hey there,

    Me and my team wanted to set up our Website in German and in English language. Since I cannot install plugins to do that, we wanted to use a complete different Website: effishentenglish.wordpress.com
    I have the Account of someone who should have access: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    When I try to login into the wp-admin panel I get redirected to the Panel of our current Website effishent.org

    Is there any way I can set up multiple languages or access the effishentenglish.wordpress.com site?
