    Hi! This is usually caused by one of a few things. Here’s what to try:

    1. Try a different browser — Chrome or Firefox work best with WordPress.com. If you’re using Safari or Edge try switching.
    2. Clear your browser cache and cookies completely then try again.
    3. Disable any browser extensions or ad blockers — these can sometimes interfere with the Get Started flow and cause blank pages.
    4. Try going directly to wordpress.com/start instead of using the Get Started button on the homepage.
    5. If you’re on mobile try switching to a desktop computer — the signup flow works more reliably on desktop.
