Cannot switch domain from one wordpress to another

  I have the website http://www.barronscottlevkoff.com linked to an existing wordpress site. I created a new wordpress site barronscottlevkoff.wordpress.com – now I want to link the domain name that is currently pointing to the old site – to the new site! I can’t figure out what to do.

  You are moving from a WordPress.ORG install to a WordPress.COM blog

  You need to map barronscottlevkoff.com to barronscottlevkoff.wordpress.com. that will replace your current site completely with the content on barronscottlevkoff.wordpress.com.

  Depending on how you have your email set up you might need to change that – see below to start

  It literally points to the old site when I did that. I need to delete the old site, or totally disconnect its content from the domain. Its because its on wordpress.org

  Help :/
