Cannot switch WordPress.com to WordPress.org without Domain login
-
We purchased our domain last year through wordpress.com. We would now like to transfer our website to wordpress.org as we have purchased a theme that we would like to use which is not compatible with wordpress.com. We have a web developer that knows how to do this through the backend, but is not able to without login information to the domain host. Since we purchased the domain through wordpress.com, we do not have any login information to the host. A whois search found that this is wildwestdomains. We need to know how to access our host to make the switch if we do not have any login info to do so.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can point the domain you registered at WordPress.com to another server (hosting service), with these steps:
You’ll need to obtain the name server values from your current host. You should be able to find them on their support documentation, or contact them and ask for the information. (Name servers may be referred as “nameservers” or “NS records” instead.)
I hope this helps – let me know if you have any more questions!
