Cannot Transfer Blog

I want to transfer users for a blog but I do not get the option when I mouse over the address. I am selecting the My Blogs option from the side menu of the blog I wish to transfer but when I mouse over the address, as the instructions say, I get nothing. HELP.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Oh wait … maybe I phrased the question wrong. I want to transfer the blog from ‘me’ to another user. I was setting it up for this other person. I phrased it badly.

If you mean transfer users then any users of one blog must be sent invitations to become users of a second blog.

Every blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the username account who registered the blog under that username account and the associated email address. that email address become the unique identifier.
To transfer a blog from one username account A to another username account B, you must first log in under the username account A that owns the blog you want to transfer to the other B username account.Next A adds the other username account B as an Admin of the blog.

You want to transfer users from one blog to another. We have one URL. We need to know the other one. And the usernames.

That makes so much sense. I’ve sent off the invite and made him an Admin … and even if he just want’s to post here and there, I’m good with that too. Thanxxx for the great support. :) You are now free to to seal some more time. ;)
