Cannot transfer site ownership

    Hi There,
    My Friend is trying to transfer the ownership of our site to me, but he did not get the option to transfer the site. Here is his message to me:

    When I seek to transfer control of the site, I click on the link shown, ‘My Blogs Page’ per the Instructions:

    ‘Open the My Blogs page. Move your mouse over the site you would like to transfer and click the Transfer Blog link that appears. You will only see the option to transfer a site if you own it.’

    I am taken to a ‘My Blogs’ page on which the God-Mind Books & Audio Blog is listed. When I move the mouse over the site there Does Not appear a Transfer Blog link.

    I am unsure how to proceed. You are listed as Administrator, so you have full control at this point of the website I believe. I am the ‘owner’ of the Blog Page as best I can tell.

    Can you please let us know what is the way forwards?

    Hi there,

    I see there are quite a few admins and editors on godmindbooks.com, so is it the case that the person who is trying to help you is not the owner of the site?

    Only @yugenro (as the site owner) has the authority to transfer the site and related upgrades to a new owner. If they are having trouble with making that transfer can you have them reach out to us directly so we can take a closer look?
