Cannot transfer site to my admin

  Hi there,
  My admin George tried to transfer the site to himself, I recieved the ‘autherize the transfer’ email, but when I click the buttom, an error showed up and denied my action. Now I am trying to do the transfer, but the ‘transfer the site’ option does not pop out under ‘site tools’. Please help, thanks a lot!

  Hi there!

  I just checked and confirmed that the site was transferred successfully to the other administrator. That’s why you don’t see the option to transfer the site on your WordPress.com dashboard.

  If the new owner goes to the site settings, they will see the site transfer option, which will verify that they are indeed the site owner as of now.
