Cannot unsubscribe to emails from wordpress user

  I have been unable to unsubscribe from emails from Sean of the South, who has a blog on WordPress that I do not follow. Attempts to unsubscribe from an email message sends me to WordPress and from there I find no way to continue.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
