Cannot update site

Hi, I haven’t accessed my site in over 6 months and when I started using it last week it appears really strange and I wasn’t able to update it either. Please help!

Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress.org software and it is hosted by iPage. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.
