Cannot Upgrade Domain

  I am trying to reconnect my blog to my http://www.clect.com and says I need to upgrade domain – every time I try I just get an endless spinner instead of payment

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes and the buy ux just keeps endlessly spinning
