Cannot upgrade from free to Business plan

  Hi, I have a free plan and I want to upgrade to Business. I press the Upgrade button, which is blue without any writing in it, but only get a page with the following message: “you are not authorised to view this page” I need Business level in order to install a plugin on the contact form. Please help.
