Cannot upload a new theme

    I want to upload a new theme and I cannot add one as I am getting 2 errors which need to be resolved before I can proceed ahead with uploading a new theme. The 2 errors that I am getting are:
    1. Blogs I Follow: The Blogs I Follow Widget is an automated way to add a blogroll of sites that you follow via the WordPress.com Reader.
    2. Follow Button: Add a WordPress.com follow button to allow people to follow your blog easier

    I get a warning message saying that I will lose these 2 features if I proceed but the proceed button is not enabled. Can you help me how to upload a new theme?

    Hi there,

    Uploading a theme requires that you upgrade to our Business Plan. You will see a notice saying that just above the notice you’re quoting here if you click the Upload Theme button.

    Those also aren’t errors and there’s nothing that needs to be fixed here. They’re merely notices of what features on your site will be disabled should you upload a custom theme, as doing that on a Business Plan site changes how the site works, and not all features of free sites are available by default on Business Plan sites with custom themes or plugins.
