Cannot upload file

  I tried to upload a file using the Multi-File uploader, just because it came up, and was told the file size was too large (50 MB) and to use the Browser uploader. When I click the Browse button and message comes up:

  Error saving media attachment

  I don’t have time for this nonsense. I need to get this file uploaded.

  Hi there, would you mind letting me know the type of file you’re trying to upload, so I can make sure it’s a filetype we support? Thanks.

  Kathy,

  It is an .mp4 first created by Adobe Premier Pro then I loaded it into Camtasia Studio and created a new copy from it. I have loaded many files of this type.

  Hi there, to narrow down the source of the problem, could you please try uploading the file through a different browser, like Firefox or Chrome? Let me know how it goes and we’ll take it from there. Thanks.

  Kathy,

  Using another browser solved it. I think I ran into this before, and forgot about it. I don’t recall if it was uploading to WordPress or YouTube. Thank you for your help and God Bless,
