Cannot Upload Header Image

    Hello- I’m new to WordPress.com and I’m having a difficult time uploading an image for my header.

    The image is a 273kb PNG file. I was able to crop it to the correct dimensions, but could not upload it. I tried several other images both PNG and jpeg. I still received the same message: Image could not be processed. Please go back and try again.

    What’s more, when I press the “Help” button, nothing happens. I found the support section and followed the instructions for uploading images several times with the same result.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
