Cannot upload theme on a free plan

  Hi,

  When I try to upload a theme on my free wp account, it brings me to this page where it says:

  ‘Subdomain change: Your subdomain will change from lobangplatform.wordpress.com to lobangplatform.wpcomstaging.com.’

  but the Proceed button is disabled, so I cannot proceed.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  To upload a third party theme you must upgrade to the Business Plan.
