cannot upload thems

  i am paying for the $99 bundle..
  i need the info for what that bundle gives me because i want to use a theme that is not on wordpress.. i do not like the current wordress themes.

  I’m sorry, but themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.
