Cannot use domain as email cannot access

  I send email and submit the recover form to WordPress last week as my email address of gmail cannot access.

  I also sent the payment details to recover the account of WordPress, may I know how can I access the website domain as I am worry about that it is the first startup web domain for me. Could you please help ? The case number is #11254401 Thank you.
