cannot use my old url even though nobody is using it? Can you fix this? Thanks

Ive recently change the url of my blog to xtiigerrose.wordpress.com. & want to create a new blog with my old url. (tiigerrose.wordpress.com). However when i go to change it, it states that the url is being used. But, when i type the url into the brower, it says the profile has been deleted.What can I do? thanks !

You deleted it. Just as the three warnings say, that’s permanent. There is no going back.
