I have a few old blogs that I want to delete. I was successful in deleting one of them, by following these instructions. However, when I try to delete the others, the email containing the confirmation link never arrives.
Yes, I’ve checked my spam folder.
This has been going on for months; it’s getting very frustrating. See
this old post about the same issue.Is there any way to contact the wordpress.com administrators to get this resolved, or are we stuck with community support?

I’m happy to help you with this! Can you confirm the URLs of the sites you’d like to delete? And confirm that you understand that by deleting your sites, you will not have access to the content, including posts, pages, and images. You also will not be able to use the blog URL again, nor will anyone else.

frederickrestaurants.wordpress.comMy original message at the top of this thread mentions greenie2600.wordpress.com, but I do not want to delete this one—just the three listed above.
I understand that all of the blog contents, as well as the subdomains, will be lost forever.

Thanks so much. I’ve deleted those sites for you. I noticed that those sites have a lingering email discrepancy, which is why you weren’t getting the confirmation emails.
Could you head over to your account settings and ‘update’ your email address? You don’t have to actually change it, but saving the current address again should fix this on your last remaining site.
