Can’t accept a admin invite from another WordPress site

I am trying to accept an invite from the owner of another website. He believes the site is built on WordPress. He has tried to send it before and after I had a WordPress account. Nothing. I do not have wordpress blocked. I checked all tabs and spam in my gmail. Still nothing. He has sent it multiple times. Any help?

I can confirm he is using a wordpress account. I asked him to send screenshots of the “Users” tab and it shows that my info is in there.

We can’t help directly because we don’t host enpressathletics.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your issue.
Specifically we use a custom login system on WordPress.com (different from what is shown in your screenshot) that also helps prevent this kind of invite issue from occurring.
Instead the host of enpressathletics.com (via Cloudflare DNS) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com.
