Can’t access account

  Hello, I have moved to another country, so I do not have access to my previous phone number, also I do not have backup codes unfortunately :( I have activation code in the email sent by the wordpress to activate my account, but system is saying that it can not be validated. PLEASE HELP I WANT TO CONTINUE WRITING !
