  Try your email address instead? Note that you are posting into the forum for free sites at WordPress.com. That site is at Ionos so you could ask them.

  WordPress is software. This is WordPress.com where you can build sites using a customised version of that software. But your site isn’t here. For support about the wordpress software you are using you could open an account and ask at the correct support forum. But for issues logging in you probably need to reach out directly to your host.
