Can’t access admin

  I created the website design here on WP but the domain to be used is hosted elsewhere. I sent to someone else the link with the exported files so that he can take care of the hosting, etc. But when trying to go live, not only the design didn’t show (only the blog template), but also when trying to access the ‘domain’.com/wp-login.php it doesn’t give me access to see what’s happening. What am I supposed to do?

  This is happening because the export file only contains the contents (posts, pages, media files) and not the layout or the theme that the site is using.
